Taming Food

The Voidwyrm has to be fed with   Mutagen  in order to advance the taming process. When breeding Voidwyrms, you will not need Wyvern Milk to raise it, it will feed on meat when turning from a baby to an adult, making it one of the easiest wyverns to raise.

Taming Strategy

To tame the Voidwyrm, you must first damage it to a certain amount of health points (depending on the Creature’s level). This is best achieved by bringing a Stegosaurus in a cryopod (doesn’t need to be high level) and sitting on the back of it while shooting the Voidwyrm. Make sure to scan it often to avoid killing it. Another method is kiting it with a Fabricated Sniper Rifle or Tek Bow set to metal arrows and instant projectiles, but this is riskier. Since wild Voidwyrms take reduced damage, bring more ammunition than normal. Once the damage threshold is achieved, the Voidwyrm will stop for a brief moment, with small, blue thruster fire coming from the base of the wings attaching to the main body (scanning with HLNA is a much more reliable way of telling how much health it has). At this point, it must be mounted in a similar way to the Equus in order to tame it. To avoid dying while trying to mount it, sit on a stego until the Voidwyrm runs out of stamina from using the breath, or use a shield. Make sure you have   Mutagen  in your last hot bar slot. It will remain aggressive and attack you. Get to its sides for best results, then ride it when the chance arises. To advance to the taming process, you must wait for it to do a barrel roll. While it is doing so, you must press E, , to feed it the   Mutagen  to soothe it so it does not kick you off, which will decrease Taming Effectiveness as well as Taming Percentage if it does so. It is recommended to watch for the text in the bottom middle of the screen rather than watch for the barrel roll, as the roll itself is incredibly short and could result in you dismounting while attempting to feed it, and the text lights up noticeably. Be careful not to be trigger happy when feeding it as you may dismount from it on your own volition. You will need very good reflexes for this, as the window to feed Mutagen is very short.

Once tamed, the Voidwyrm will consume a standard carnivore diet of raw meat and other meats.

Combat[]

This section describes how to fight against Humans. This is only possible on PvP-Servers, as other players cannot be harmed on PvE-Servers.

General

It is difficult to pinpoint an exact strategy for fighting Humans, because each one has different attack patterns and level of technology. Any given Human encountered may also belong to a Tribe or have nearby tamed animals, which only adds to the potential danger of attacking them.

Strategy

It’s generally better to try to knock out Humans first instead of going for the kill right away. Chances are good that the enemy player has a higher Health than they do Fortitude, so knocking them out is much faster and gives them far less time to react and retaliate using their own weapons and tamed animals. Humans can be very easily knocked unconscious by shooting them with Tranquilizer Darts from a Longneck Rifle or Tranquilizer Arrows from a Crossbow. Using fliers such as the Pteranodon or Argentavis, a Human could be lifted up and dropped from high altitudes or dropped into a hostile environment. Though frowned upon, one may lure large predators like Giganotosaurus into a Human tribe’s village, or use Swamp Fever infected Dodos as biological weapons. Kaprosuchus allows for quick snatch and grab attacks to get Humans off of their mounts for quick kills.

Weaponry

It’s impossible to tell what weaponry an enemy Human might be carrying before they use them on you. However, as a general rule, higher level Humans will most likely have higher level equipment.

Dangers

Humans can pose a potentially very large threat, depending on how high of a level they are but even then, some players of low levels can somehow pull off end game tames and steal supplies from high level players and stashes. More experienced players have access to strong weapons, such as Assault Rifles and Rocket Launchers, as well as strong tamed animals like the Tyrannosaurus, Spinosaurus, and Giganotosaurus. They may also belong to a Tribe, and evoking the wrath of an entire team of cooperating Humans can be more trouble than it’s worth. Though, this depends on said players temperament and how they choose to approach the situation.

Weakness

Once knocked out, Humans are helpless to defend themselves, assuming that there aren’t any allied tamed animals or tribe members nearby. It is fairly easy to render a defeated and unconscious Human docile by removing their Weapons and Armor, putting them in Handcuffs, and moving their body into a Cage. Once locked inside, they no longer have any capacity to cause damage. Another weakness is whips, as at close range a whip can disarm any weapon, then allowing the combatant to quickly pick up the weapon. Additionally, while unorthodox, if a player is shot with a Grappling Hook, they can be dragged towards you to force them into melee range. This can be devastatingly effective if you have a powerful melee weapon like a Sword; assuming they don’t have a shield, a high quality sword will make short work of even well-armored players.

Obelisks and Supply Crates[]

Main article:   Obelisk

If you peer out into the distance, there are enormous floating structures casting an otherworldly light.
They are called   Obelisks. These huge obelisks are probably much further from you then they initially appear. Beneath the Obelisk, is a strange protruding piece of metal with a button attached on top, called a ‘terminal’. The obelisk terminal has 2 purposes:

1. To fight a boss. If you insert the required , you (and up to 10 tribe-mates and 20 tamed creatures) will be transported to a boss arena to fight a   Boss.
2. To transfer to another server. Use the terminal to transfer yourself, your inventory, and some tamed creatures to another map. You use the obelisk at the destination to obtain your items and tames.

Supply Crates

Main article:   Supply Crate

Pay attention to the strange pillars of light with a fairly large mechanical object slowly descending from the sky. Those are called   Supply Crates. Keep in mind that the distance is probably further than it seems and the Supply Crates don’t last forever.

Supply crates have 3 purposes:

1. They can be used to fight a boss, like at an obelisk; however, their temporary nature makes obelisks preferred for this.
2. They can be used to transfer to another server, like obelisks.
3. They contain a variety of free supplies within. If one appears near you, it might be a good idea to check it out, but notice the color:

Each color resembles the level granted access.

• White/Prismatic Supply Crates require you to be level 3 to open them.
• Green Supply Crates require you to be level 15 to open them.
• Blue Supply Crates require you to be level 25 to open them.
• Purple Supply Crates require you to be level 35 to open them.
• Yellow Supply Crates require you to be level 45 to open them.
• Red Supply Crates require you to be level 60 to open them.

Для того, чтобы скачать и установить мод Ark Survival Evolved нужно авторизуйтmcz в Steam, зайти в библиотеку игр, найти ARK: Survival Evolved, нажать на кнопку «Просмотреть мастерскую», выбрать нужный вам мод для игры и нажать «Подписаться». Далее заходим в раздел \steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods, там находим файл с расширением *.mod и папку с новым модом. Нужно скопировать их ID. В разделе ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer и отредактируем файл GameUserSettings.ini (редактировать через блокнот). Ищем , и под найденную надпись добавляем 2 строки:  GameModIds=ID и ActiveMods=ID. Где ID  – это номер скачанного мода. Не забудьте сохранить файл.

Наиболее интересные моды для ARK: Survival Evolved.

1. NPC Bush People. Эта модификация добавляет в игру дикие племена, разбросанные по всему острову. Интереcным  является то, что людей из этих племен тоже можно приручить.

2. Jurassic Park. Добавляет в игру новых динозавров и других существ.

3. Play as Dino. Этот мод переносит игрока в тело любого выбранного динозавра. Игра идет уже глазами доисторического существа.

4. Otherworld. В этом режиме все усложняется тем, что динозавры будут постоянно нападать на базу. Ресурсов, полученных на острове хватать не будет, только убийство нападающих даст Вам необходимые ресурсы. Чем больше существ уничтожите – тем лучше сможете защитить базу и пережить новые нападения. Сможете продержаться – получите необычайную награду.

5. Survival of the Fittest. Мод для многопользовательского режима. Позволяет устраивать сражения до 72 игроков. Чтобы победить нужно собирать броню и оружие на острове, приручать динозавров и убивать соперников.

6. Capitalism Currency. Модификация добавляет финансовую составляющую в игру. Появляются деньги в виде золотых монет, на которые можно купить нужные предметы. Но сначала их придется заработать.

Типы Серверов

Preparing for Specific Situations[]

Combat

Once you have the   Spear engram, craft a couple of   Spears and fight some   Dilos, as they will give you some combat experience. You will have to learn to dodge (circle-strafing works well) as they have a poison spitting attack that blinds you and severely slows your movement speed.

Using the landscape to your benefit is an extremely important aspect when fighting dinos as it can give you the edge both in fighting as in taming.

Basic weapon handling is very important as you will notice that the   Stone Axe and the stabbing attack of the   Spear have different ranges, the more distance you keep with the dino you are fighting the safer you are.

Always keep an eye on your   Stamina and   Health bars, as you won’t be able to run when   Stamina is depleted and when your   Health is quite low you will be injured and move slowly. If this happens during a tough fight, your chances of success will be really low. Always equip   food and   Stimberries in your hotbar, as this is the easiest way to recover   Health and   Stamina respectively.

Searching for Dinos to Tame

•   Torpor inducing gear such as a   Wooden Club or   Slingshot.
• Consider bringing Armor. You may need to be able to take a lot of hits from the potential tame (depending on the creature) while in the Taming process.
• Taming food. If you know what you’re looking for, bring extra of that dino’s taming food. If you don’t know what to expect, bring   Raw Meat and   Berries. If you happen to be travelling on a   Wooden Raft pack perishable items in a   Preserving Bin or creature that won’t eat them. If you wish to use less advanced items for feeding your tame you should collect them on the spot with a dino.
• Extra   Narcoberries or   Narcotics to keep unconscious creatures asleep.
• If you are wanting to tame a quick creature, make sure to bring   Bolas to slow them down to make the tame much easier.
• Additional needed supplies suiting your target tame. For example, if you’re going to tame a   Parasaur, bring   Bolas.

Exploring

• Dinos. You never know what valuable materials or dangerous dinos you may come across, so bringing a few decent, possibly expendable dinos to fight and hold more weight is a great idea.
•   GPS if possible. If not, then bring a   Compass. These are what let you draw your map, and the   GPS can help you mark important places on the map.
• Lots of food.
• If possible, bring Armor suiting all environments.
• Taming gear. Though not always useful when exploring, as taming takes you off track and slows you, taming gear is something to consider.
• Any extra available gear that you know will be useful in your situation.

Raiding

If you play on any multiplayer PvP server, raids are a major component of the gameplay. The chances of surviving any raid is pretty low. So try to balance good gear and minimum valuables. The Inventory that players take with them on raids varies immensely, so this section will combine different role’s preferences and general tips. Note: this section WILL NOT discuss raiding strategies.

• Decent armor.   Flak is preferable, as it provides decent protection, but can be expensive to make several sets.   Chitin is the next best thing, providing moderate protection and being fairly cheap.
• Weapons that suit your role. Guns,   Bows,   Pikes,   Swords,   Explosives,   Assault Rifles,   Fabricated Sniper Rifles, and even   Rocket Launchers are all commonly used.
•   Bolas. Any player hit with a   Bola is doomed.
• Food/Water. This includes any available dishes made from   Rockwell Recipes.
• Resources for repairing Armor and Tools, if they can be repaired from your Inventory.
• Other than the above, bring whatever will help you, depending on your enemy’s base, location, and strength. If you’re raiding very weak players (Not encouraged, as it is bullying unless they attacked you first) don’t risk your good gear. Save it for stronger foes. Minimize items and gear that you will regret losing, and will not be very helpful in the raid. Remove all items from your Inventory that are not required for raids.

Цвета существ Арк

В игре животные имеют до 6 частей, которые могут изменить цвет(с номерами от 0 до 5).
Команда для смены цвета – setTargetDinoColor О В. Где О – область тела где меняется цвет, а В – желаемый цвет. Чтобы изменить цвет всего динозавра – устанавливается область О.
